Kiley Cedotal, MBA, MSW, FACHE
Kiley Cedotal was named the CEO of ICON Hospital in September of 2007. Kiley has over sixteen years experience in healthcare management, administration and business development. He has a M.B.A., M.S.W. and B.S. from Louisiana State University; and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Hilda Long
Hilda Long has over eighteen years of Healthcare experience with eleven years in Quality and Risk Management. As the Risk and Quality Director for ICON Hospital Hilda has integrated, programs for the prevention, monitoring, and control of areas of potential liability exposure. Hilda has set goals to enhance the safety of patients, visitors, and employees at ICON Hospital. Hilda continues to minimize the financial loss to ICON through Risk detection, evaluation, and prevention.
Dashaun Fields
Dashaun Fields joined ICON in August, 2008. With over ten years of expertise in the Healthcare industry, working with Long Term Acute Care facilities for the past seven years. Dashaun brings team building, creativity and leadership experience to her position as the Director of Provider Relations. Dashaun's professional experience and knowledge continues to be a true asset to ICON's growth.
Pat Williams
Pat Williams is a registered, licensed dietitian with over 30 years experience in hospital nutrition and food services. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Louisiana State University and completed her dietetic internship at Earl K. Long Charity Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA. In 2008, Pat joined Acuity Healthcare as Director of Non-Clinical Services, and assisted in the successful opening of ICON Hospital, as well as consulting on other Acuity Healthcare facility openings.
Sharon Stuart
Sharon Stuart joined the ICON team in March 2009, bringing 15 years of experience as a licensed healthcare professional. With over nine years of nursing supervision experience within the Healthcare setting, Sharon has positively impacted the delivery of quality patient care and clinical leadership to ICON Hospital. Sharon assisted in the opening of ICON’s ICU, while expanding the Wound Care Program. As Director of Clinical Services, Sharon continues to be an asset to the success of ICON Hospital.
