Referral & Admissions

 

ICON Hospital accepts referrals from hospitals, rehabilitative and skilled nursing facilities, clinicians and families. Our hospital is Medicare/JCAHO certified and accepts most insurance plans. To make a referral, please contact the admissions department at (281) 883-5508. A Clinical Liaison will perform an on-site evaluation to assess for appropriateness of admission. Our goal is that all admission determinations will be made and communicated within 4 hours of evaluation. Upon approval of admission, communication of clinical information is arranged by our admissions department.
